       DZX Series Large linear vibrating screen is a kind of latest designed sieving machinery, which is widely used for grading,dewatering,removing medium,desliming for the medium and fine material in Electric power and Coal Industry. This machine has large capacity and high sieving efficiency. The vibrator with eccentric block is used as vibration source, which makes bearing large carrying capacity and long service life.
      Self-synchronous working principle is adopted and the vibrator is mounted on the side plate, which provides a good stress   condition. The machine is jointed as lock bolt,simple and strong structure, reliable performance and easy maintainance. Rubber spring is used as a buffer, which keeps this machine smooth running and low noise.

Notes

1.   This machine can be designed single or double decks.
2.   Screen deck can be bar strip, punching,polyurethane and so on,it can be designed as customers' requirement.
3.   Feeding hopper will not be provided if no special request.
4.   The rated voltage of electric motor is 380V. Explosion-proof motor and other voltage of motor are all optional. Please indicate it when placing an order.
