Application and Features

This vibrating screen is a comprehensive design that combines advanced foreign technology and domestic practical conditions.

The machine's technical parameters are advanced, and its processing capacity and screening efficiency are high.

The vibrator is installed on the side plate, and the machine's load condition is good.

The machine uses a block eccentric exciter and vibration machinery special bearings, with a large bearing capacity and a long service life.

The vibrating screen uses steel springs for damping, and it runs smoothly in the overdamping zone and has low noise.


Selection Notes:

1) This vibrating screen comes in single-layer and double-layer models.

Depending on the user's process conditions, it can be designed as a three-layer model.

It can also be designed in other non-standard models according to user requirements.

2) The screen mesh structure has woven screen mesh, perforated screen plate, circular steel welded screen plate, and polyurethane screen plate,

and users can choose according to their needs. When placing an order, please specify the screen mesh structure.

3) The upper layer screen surface selected has a screen hole size exceeding the specified screen hole size in the technical performance parameters table.

It can be designed according to the user's requirements.

4) The motor (Y series for ordinary use and YB series for explosion-proof use) has a voltage of 380V or 660V. It can be installed on the left or right side of the

screening machine. Unless otherwise specified, the 380V, Y-type motor is left-mounted for delivery.

5) When selecting, if there are changes in the screen surface inclination requirements, they can be designed separately.

6) According to customer requirements, an anti-dust sealing cover device can be selected.

7) The foundation bolt is supplied by the user.
