Working principle:
The jaw crusher mainly consists of frame,eccentric shaft,big belt pulley,flywheel,side guard plate,
elbow plate,rear seat of elbow plate,gap adjusting screw,rebound spring,fixed jaw plate,and movable jaw
plate.The crushing mode of the jaw crusher is curved extrusion.When working,the motor drives the belt
and the belt pulley through the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw move up and down.When the moving
jaw rises,the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger,pushing the moving jaw
towards the fixed jaw.Materials are crushed multiple times by squeezing,rubbing,and grinding between
the two jaws;when the moving jaw descends,the angle between elbow plate and moving jaw becomes smaller,
and under the action of pull rod and spring,the movable jaw leaves from fixed one.The crushed material is discharged freely through outlet at lower part of cavity due to gravity.With continuous rotation of motor,the movable Jaw periodically crushes and discharges materials to achieve batch production.
