How it works: The motor drives the bearing cylinder to drive part of the main shaft to rotate at a high speed, while the rotor rotates at a high speed along with the main shaft. The materials entering the impeller are accelerated by the impeller and then sprayed into the crushing chamber, where the materials collide with the lining materials formed in the crushing chamber, and the kinetic energy obtained after the acceleration of the materials is converted into the energy required for crushing or shaping materials. The material that circulates several times in the crushing chamber is broken and shaped several times under the action of the surrounding gas eddy current, so as to realize the continuous crushing and shaping of the material, and the required finished material is discharged from the lower part of the body. This crushing mode is "stone beating stone", which is mainly applied to the shaping and crushing of stone. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with "stone beating iron" crushing method, and stone beating stone is different: After the material is ejected from the rotor, it collides with the counter block installed in the crushing chamber, and converts the energy obtained by the material to the energy required for collision and crushing with the counter block. After the impact, the material is directly discharged from the lower part of the body, and multiple cycle crushing in the crushing chamber cannot be realized. This crushing method is mainly suitable for work occasions where crushing is the main purpose (providing a large crushing ratio).
